Paul Pitsaras LL.B B.Int.Bus. is an executive coach to CEO's and executives around the world and is the lead coach for our workplace coaching program.

Before founding The Open Mind Institute, Paul was a litigation lawyer for 10 years working in various leading law firms & departmental organisations in London, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Paul has a double bachelor degree in Law & International Business, certificates in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Training & Assessment and studied Behavioural Science prior to going into the law. His articles on mindset & performance have been published in Proctor & Wellness Daily and he frequently appears on panels and in the media on how to create a growth mindset and achieve optimum performance.

Mark Varitimos has a holistic approach in helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. His integrative approach addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects in order to obtain the best long term results. He teaches people principles of nutrition, movement and other lifestyle factors in order for people to establish successful long term habits.

Prior to entering the health and wellness over six years ago, Mark worked in the Banking and Finance industry for ten years namely in treasury and investment teams for large corporations.  As a result, Mark understands the challenges in performing well in business while maintaining a high quality of health. He has worked with an array of clients across all walks of life having remarkable improvement in energy, mental health, hormonal health and disease.
